Returns

What if I need to return any goods?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered within 14 days, beginning the day after your order is delivered. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.

For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we are not able to exchange or offer you a refund if you decide you no longer want items which by their nature cannot be returned once they have been dispatched, including: items of nylon clothing which become distorted when worn and hats and other headwear. This does not, however, affect your statutory rights in relation to such items if they are faulty or damaged when you receive them (see the Faulty or Damaged Items section below) or if they are items that you have been sent in error.

Returns should be sent to RS Workwear, Unit 8 Lincoln Park, Salthill Industrial Estate, CLITHEROE, Lancashire, BB7 1QD.

Please pack your return securely , in the original packaging and provide the following information with your return: Order reference details, item(s) being returned and reason for return. We only except undamaged and unworn items up to 14 days after delivery. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card originally used to make the payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reach your account.

If the items you ordered are damaged or faulty upon receipt, provided you inform our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the items (supplying them with the order reference details shown on the delivery documentation together with details of the damage or fault) we will send replacements or offer you a refund. We ask that you return the damaged or faulty items to us, by registered post - we will reimburse the reasonable costs you incur in doing so (we ask that you send us copies of the supporting receipts). Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

Secure Payment with Sagepay

Why you can feel secure buying from us

When you buy from us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security and were formerly called Protx.

All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with. Also, no individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
